Where are your olive oils produced?

Our olive oils are produced in orchards located in the Kirya, Pişinoz, Liverya, Ayastafani, and Buli areas of Tirilye and Kumyaka villages, which have a unique microclimate. We produce using natural methods and organic farming principles.

What is the difference between cold-pressed olive oil and regular olive oil?

Cold-pressed olive oil, because it is processed at low temperatures, has a more intense aroma, higher nutritional value, and is richer in antioxidants. In standard pressing, where the temperature is higher, some beneficial components may be lost.

What is the shelf life of olive oil?

When stored under the correct conditions, our extra virgin olive oils retain their freshness for 2 years from the date of production. However, to enjoy the best aroma and nutritional value, it is recommended to consume them within the first 12 months.

Are your products organic?

We use natural animal manure in our orchards, and we prefer organic farming methods and pesticides in the fight against olive diseases. In this way, we produce healthy products while preserving their natural properties.

Do you produce heirloom seeds?

Yes! We continue our heirloom seed production efforts in the foothills of the Karadağ mountains in the Karacabey region. We support natural farming by preserving native seed varieties such as tomatoes, peppers, okra, chickpeas, and beans.

What is dry farming?

Dry farming is a traditional agricultural method that allows plants to be grown using natural water resources. For the past three years, we have been successfully applying dry farming techniques in the production of okra, chickpeas, and melons.

What is cold-pressed olive oil?

Cold-pressed olive oil is the most natural and nutritious olive oil, obtained by processing and pressing olives at temperatures below 27°C. This method preserves the antioxidant, polyphenol, and vitamin content of the olive oil at the maximum level.
