Our orchards are located in the Kirya, Pişinoz, Liverya, Ayastafani, and Buli areas of Tirilye and Kumyaka villages, and possess a rare microclimate. Thanks to these special climatic conditions, we produce in one of the regions where the world-famous Tirilye olives are grown in the highest quality.

This journey, which we started with 50 olive trees approximately 12 years ago, has rapidly grown with the support of our agricultural engineers and the good agricultural practices we have developed, reaching a large area encompassing 5,000 trees today.

We continue olive cultivation by adopting natural methods and blending traditional and modern agricultural techniques.

In our orchards, we use natural animal manure instead of chemical fertilizers, and in our fight against olive diseases, we utilize pesticides and equipment used in organic farming.

When harvest time arrives, we carefully collect our olives by shaking and hand, put them through a quality control process, and carry out the pressing process without delay. Our olive oils are stored in closed and hygienic environments in stainless steel tanks, undergoing a natural sedimentation process.

Then, to ensure the best quality, they are carefully packaged and delivered to your tables.

Our table olives are meticulously separated according to their size in sorting machines, then hygienically processed with pickling and brining processes before being presented to you.

In addition to olive cultivation, we also carry out important work in the production of heirloom seeds. With this project, which we started three years ago in the foothills of Karadağ in the Karacabey region, we aim to protect and multiply the native seed varieties (tomatoes, peppers, okra, chickpeas, beans) inherited from our ancestors and pass them on to future generations. In this process, just like in olive production, we use natural animal manure and produce using methods that comply with organic farming practices.

Furthermore, by reviving dry farming, one of the traditional farming methods, we have been successfully producing okra, chickpeas, and melons for the last three years.
